Founded in 2025, our goal has always been to build a flight school and aviation business that does it right the first time, every time. Our mission is simple: create an environment where people can learn to fly, experience the joy of helicopters, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.

At The Main Rotor Hub, we specialise in training with the Cabri G2, the ideal helicopter for students, while also offering access to a diverse fleet of low-hour, impeccably maintained aircraft. Our instructors bring together decades of combined experience, giving students the benefit of both deep industry knowledge and real-world flying expertise.

We tailor our training to the needs of each student, ensuring flexibility without compromising on quality. Every course is built on a strong foundation of traditional airmanship; from map reading to plotting and flight calculations, while also developing confidence in modern aircraft and advanced avionics. It’s training done the right way: progressive, practical, and preparing pilots for the real world.
We’re proud that many of our graduates have gone on to launch successful careers, not only here in Sydney and across Australia, but also in adventurous locations worldwide, including Malaysia, Nepal, Canada, Africa, and Europe.

More Than a Flight School
We’re more than just training. We offer scenic flights over Sydney Harbour, along with unforgettable day trips to the Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, and Blue Mountains. We also provide tailored transportation services, including weddings. For businesses, we carry out professional air-work, such as aerial photography, always with the same precision and safety focus that defines our training.

Safety is our cornerstone. Every aircraft is meticulously maintained, and we actively encourage feedback to ensure we’re always improving. But beyond checklists and procedures, we’ve built a hub for people; a welcoming community where students and staff come together, share experiences, and support one another. From our common area to BBQs and get-togethers, The Main Rotor Hub is a place where lasting relationships take flight.
